Technical Assistance to SNV Benin to develop PSD strategy and train PSD officers.

In 2004, SNV Benin decided to focus its advisory activities more on Private Sector Development (PSD), instead of only Local Government (LG), as they had done previously. In each of the five regional offices a so-called focal point was appointed - most of whom had been working as LG-advisors previously - a local full-time PSD advisor was appointed and two international experts were recruited. Triodos Triodos Facet was asked to support this process.
