Dear relation,

We herewith announce that Klaas Molenaar will be leaving Triodos Facet BV per 31 of March 2012.

Klaas founded FACET in 1990 to live up to his personal mission, contributing to a just society in which entrepreneurial talents are deployed to create a better world to live in.

Klaas has been the driving force in building FACET, later renamed into Triodos Facet into a well-established and well known international consulting firm.

Triodos has joined Klaas from the start, sharing that mission. Triodos Facet has now reached a stage at which further development will be sought in combining strengths with partners.

To facilitate this process and prepare the way for a new phase in the further development of Triodos Facet, Klaas Molenaar will take a step back as shareholder and director of Triodos Facet and let present management take over and pave the way for the transition to come.

Klaas will continue to devote his expertise, creativity and energy to new ventures such as Timpoc Consultants in MSME development, as Professor (lector) at Den Haag University of Applied Sciences in Financial Inclusion and New Entrepreneurship and as Chairman of the SEON Foundation, focusing on migrant entrepreneurship in the Netherlands and Europe.
