Southern Africa Media Development Foundation (Samdef) is a Botswana based non-profit fund providing loans and equity to TV, radio and newspaper media companies in Southern Africa. Triodos Facet was contracted for: Fund Strategy Development and Capacity Building Advisory. This included: Fund operational due diligence and gap analysis; Capacity building needs assessment and gap analysis; and Co-development of new fund strategy and capacity building plan.
