Remittances and microfinance: Research and technical training on barriers and opportunities for remittances through MFIs in 10 countries in Africa.

The objective of the project is to train and enable ten microfinance institutions located in ten Sub-Saharan African countries to increase their competitive edge in money transfers services.

Countries involved: Uganda, Benin, Burkina Faso, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Mali, Nigeria, Senegal, and Tanzania.
