We are pleased to announce a new training “Value Chain Finance” developed by Triodos Facet and Hans Posthumus.

Value Chain concepts have become a crucial tool to approach rural economic development. However, understanding of the financial component of rural value chains remains a challenge for many practitioners, financiers and donors. This 3 days training is designed to give insights and necessary tools to understand and improve the financial access of an essential actor in rural value chains: smallholders.

The training, organized by Triodos Facet together with Hans Posthumus and MDF, will be held on 25-27 January 2010 in Ede, The Netherlands.
