The new Triodos Facet representative office in Lima, Peru, has been established.

The results of Klaas Molenaar’s mission, carried out between 24th October till 2nd November 2008, are as follows:

• Setting up/ starting the representative office of Triodos Facet in Peru
• Carrying out an market assessment in Lima for Triodos Facet and establishing contacts with potential clients and local consultants
• Liaising with Yente Network for women entrepreneurs

Results:

• The representative office for Triodos Facet in Peru has become operational as from 1st October 2008.
• The main tasks of the office is to carry out market intelligence, alert Triodos Facet head office about upcoming tenders and invitations to submit project proposals
• The office is expected to assist in the drafting of project proposals and tender documents
• The office will establish a data base of local consultants in Peru.

The Triodos Facet Representative Peru will be Mrs. Norah Espejo-Núñez in Lima.
