Technical Assistance Programme to Banque Rwandaise de Développement (BRD) and Banque Commerciale du Rwanda (BCR) for institutional capacity building.

Triodos Facet is in charge of the overall project management of this 2-year institutional capacity building programme within BRD and BCR to improve the SME lending capacity of both institutions. The programme focuses on, a.o. risk management, credit appraisal/management, triple bottom line (i.e. financial, social and environmental) performance management, leasing and customer relationship management.
