Restructuring FACETA Central, Guatemala.

On the 2nd of November 2008 – Día de los muertos in Guatemala – a new agreement was signed between Triodos Facet and Mr. Job Blijdenstein to restructure FACETA Central, in which FACETA Central obtains a new legal status and will now be in a position to attract other partners as well.

Triodos Facet will hold 47% of the shares in the new company. FACETA Central will continue working in support of the micro and small enterprise sector, but in the coming years it will also focus more on the development of entrepreneurship development, enterprise and financial education and the promotion of the SME sector in support of sustainable development.
