The IAFSP programme provides Technical Assistance to the Government of Pakistan in the formulation and implementation of a strategy for an inclusive Financial sector. The Executing Agency is the Ministry of Finance. Several implementing Agencies are involved such as the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), Ministry of Industry and Technology, Pakistan Post, Pakistan Microfinance Network (PMN), and Central Board of Revenues. Triodos Facet in consortium with FINCON (lead partner) have been contracted to carry out the IAFSP programme.
