The IntEnt programme includes technical assistance for local banks interested to work with the IntEnt programme. For the provision of the technical assistance IntEnt and FACET BV signed an agreement in 1998. In the context of this agreement FACET BV already ran two courses for credit officers of local banks: one in Surinam and one in Ghana (1998). After restructuring its Ghana program, the IntEnt Foundation invited FACET BV to run a second course: Training of Credit Officers in SME lending.

IntEnt and its representation in Ghana, the Association of Ghana Industries (AGI), organised the course, which took place from 5 – 7 December (3 days), 2001 in Accra, Ghana.
