Feasibility and formulation of credit component for the Development of Moun: 'Projet Pilote de Développement de l’Agriculture de Montagne du Bassin Versant de l’Oued Saf-Saf (PPDAMOSS).
Rural development project of the mountainous region East of Algiers and in the watershed of the Saf-Saf basin in the districts of Constantine and Skikda. The project amounts to EUR 24 millions out of which EUR 13 are funded by IFAD and the balance is funded by the local government, by beneficiaries and by a local financial institution (CNMA).
