Support programme for local organisations: team leader and coach of SNV.

Overall Objective of the 16 missions planned between March 2003 and December 2004: To coach the PAO-2 team in Ouagadougou (PAO = Programme de Appui aux Organisations Locaux), consisting of 3 consultants, in view of the arrival of the permanent coach / teamleader. The coach needs to be ‘le facteur stimulant dans le trajet de développement personnel de ses coéquipiers/ères en faisant le lien entre la théorie des cours et la pratique de ses propres conseils’.
