Mr. Wybe Grovestins (1972) has an educational background in Law (Corporate Governance) and commercial banking.

Mr. Grovestins has gained experience in the field of finance through credit structuring, client service and risk analysis positions in an international corporate bank. 
In the field of humanitarian and development work, he worked for Doctors without Borders optimising the finance and HR teams in Congo and Kashmir, Pakistan. In Ghana, he worked for a savings and loan company providing financial services to small entrepreneurs and developed financial tools for smallholder farmers to enhance their access to credit. In Benin, he advised on organising effectively the operations and administration of Benin's largest cashew nut factory.
