Since 1992, Mr. Job Blijdenstein (1950) has been Director  of "FACETA Central, Cía Ltda. a sister company of Triodos Facet based in Guatemala that is specialized in Management and Small Business Development, and operates in Central America. 

For over 20 years, Mr. Job Blijdenstein has been active in developing both Financial and Business Development Services for Small Business; concentrating in both cases on the improvement the quality of these services, as well as the efficiency and performance of the organizations that provide these services. As such he has worked with government organizations, cooperatives, N.G.O.´s, and the private sector.
Recently, he has been involved in Entrepreneurship Development and Sustainability Development.

As Managing Director of FACETA Central he is available only for short-term missions abroad. His key areas of expertise include: business management for financial and service institutions, small business management, formulation and evaluation of development projects, strategic planning and institutional strengthening.
