Mrs. Norah Espejo-Núñez (1952) has an educational background in Psychology and is an expert in gender issues and social and institutional development.

Key qualifications:
1. Management of large scale water & sanitation programmes (i.e. UNICEF Afghanistan)
2. Facilitating training events at inter/national agencies on water & gender issues
3. Monitoring and Evaluation of EU-funded projects.
4. Planning, implementation and evaluation of gender strategies
5. Planning & implementation of community participation/community management strategies
6. Development of training manuals on water and gender related issues.
