Alberic Pater  (1979) is a specialist in corporate social responsibility (CSR).

In his current job, Alberic applies the principles of CSR to SME development in developing countries. (previously, he has worked primarily with multinational companies).

As a consultant, Alberic has developed tools and trainings that support SMEs with their trajectory towards sustainability. Moreover, he has been involved with developing and conducting training "social and environmental aspects of microfinance". In addition, Alberic has experience with SME finance and has conducted evaluations.

He has a background in business studies, psychology and development studies.
